What can I do with my expired product?

Hensley Beverage Company cares strongly about the integrity of the products we serve to our consumers. We will rotate all expired product out for fresh, servable product through your regular ordering and delivery process. Please work with your sales representative on this process.

How do I go about getting my draft system serviced and/or cleaned?

Hensley Beverage Company uses a 3rd party, Clark County Beverage, for line cleaning necessities. They will begin normal operations of a regular 2-week cleaning schedule beginning on Monday, May 4. If you do not see one of their techs within this 2-week period, need to request a certain time to execute your line cleaning or have any other draft system issues that need immediate attention please work directly through your sales representative.

When can I expect to get my deliveries?

Hensley On-Premise Sales Representatives will return to normal operating functions on Monday, May 4th. They will be calling on your account on their normal sales call day with deliveries to come following that visit on your assigned delivery day. If something is needed before the assigned day, we will do our best to facilitate that request based on the volume and capacity for deliveries on the needed delivery day.

Will I still be able to pick up orders at your plant?

Yes, all Hensley Beverage Company facilities are open for pick-ups daily, Monday-Friday from 10am till 4pm. Please work with your sales representative for Saturday availability.

How long will it take to get new sign requests back to my account?

The average turnaround time for new signage from the Hensley Beverage Company Graphics Department is typically 2 weeks. We are expecting a very high volume of new requests as businesses get back open so this may delay the process slightly. If your request is date sensitive please work with your sales representative to see if there is the ability to rush your request through the system, but this will only apply to dated material.

Will I still be able to continue selling alcoholic products to go?
