Join us this weekend, February 7-8, at Fort McDowell Rodeo Grounds for the Arizona Spartan Sprint! This race is set just 35 miles from Phoenix. The land is a vast 24,000 acres with elevations in the park rising to 3,000 feet along the western boundary, at the base of the McDowell Mountains. While we won’t make our Spartans run all of that, the course will explore many parts of the valley.

Come race in this legendary and stunning venue which is sure to have twist and turns, as well as highs and lows. Distance: 3 – 5 mile race
Obstacles: 20 – 23

Terrain: Fast-paced single-track trails up and down the hills surrounding the Fort McDowell Rodeo Grounds.
Difficulty of course: Given the fast nature of this course, the Arizona Spartan Sprint will favor athletes that can quickly make up time in between obstacles.

Start Times: Saturday – 8:00am, Sunday – 8:00am

Waves of 250 athletes will be released every 15 minutes across 6 groups (Elite, Confirmed, Morning, Late Morning, Afternoon, Late Afternoon).

Racers: If you want to race for a prize, show up for the elite heat.
