Infuse Spirits has earned over 20 awards since it was launched in 2012, including Double Gold and Best In Show twice at the San Francisco and New York World Spirit Competitions.

Infuse is prepared from American corm, distilled five times, and uses micro-purified water. The vodka is naturally gluten-free, and is then infused with real, all-natural ingredients. Nothing artificial goes into Infuse Spirits.
Infuse currently offers five core products: Origin, Cinnamon Apple, Lemon, Peach and Mango Habanero. All products are made with all-natural fruits and spices, are gluten free, have low to no sugar and is made in the USA. The primary ingredient sources infused are Eureka Lemons (San Diego, CA), Freestone Peaches (Yuba City, CA), Coachella Valley Mangos (Coachella Valley, CA), Dehydrated Apples (San Joaquin Valley, CA), and Cassia-Cinnamon Sticks (Malabar Coast, India).
Infuse Vodka: Origin
The nose is fresh and inviting, braced with sweeter notes and hinting at light caramel and vanilla essences. The body is racy, alive with punchy astringency but rounded and balanced. Some mild sweetness, along with a mellow walnut character later on in the game. The finish is has just the appropriate amount of edge — a shining, sparkling spirit that any vodka fan will find just as perfect as a straight sip or as the pillar of a great cocktail.

Infuse Spirits: Broken Barrel Bourbon
Broken Barrel Bourbon features a unique blend of Corn, Rye, and Barely, perfectly balanced for a smoother spirit to infuse. We taste the Kentucky-distilled bourbon after 9 months to ensure its quality and flavor, and then move the bourbon into steel tanks. Broken Barrel macerates new French Oak staves, used American Oak staves, and a blend of Sherry cask staves as well as the original Sherry cask used in previous- we call this our “Mother Sherry”. Rich, complex, layered and beautiful, our bourbon goes where others won’t.
