Founded in 2006 Caraccioli Cellars aims to deliver the highest quality wines through top-tier grapes from the Santa Lucia Highlands. Caraccioli Cellars strives to highlight the quality of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes by developing ‘fruit forward’ still and sparkle varietals. Brut and Brut Rosé are offered through the Caraccioli sparkle program along with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay still wines. Michel Salgues, previously head winemaker at Roderer Estate, leads the sparkling wine division, while Joe Rowetizer develops still wines.
