When prohibition shackled Arizona in 1915, Copper City Brewing Company’s owner was jailed for selling a beer in protest. Copper City Bourbon honors its namesake and Arizona’s pioneering and outlaw spirit with a passion that informs each of these spirits’ creation. Copper City Bourbon’s mash consists of the finest corn, rye and barley and is aged at least two years in American oak. Notes of caramel and vanilla assist Copper City’s smooth finish.
