Arizona Distilling Company

The Arizona Distilling Company is a Tempe based micro distillery specializing in hand crafted spirits. Each bottle is made with fine ingredients from around the state. Founded in 2012, they are one of the first hand crafted distilleries in Arizona. Copper City Bourbon, making its debut in 2014, was the first legal bourbon to be produced in Arizona since prohibition. Today, they feature seven spirits and have an array of awards behind them. They certainly have made a splash.

On August 3rd, Ocotillo Restaurant is hosting Arizona Distilling Company for a night of fine dining and cocktails beginning at 7 pm. There will be four hand crafted cocktails paired alongside four scrumptious dishes.

 

Menu

1st Course: Miti Cana Cheese, Baby Arugula, Toasted Pecans, Cherry Vinaigrette

1st Cocktail: Bohemian Breeze featuring Pineapple-Infused Mission Vodka, Ginger, Coriander (syrup and stalks), lemon juice and muddled into a highball.

 

2nd Course: Roasted Shiitake Mushrooms, Sweet Corn Sauce, Crispy Basil, Corn Nuts

2nd Cocktail: Belfast Bastard featuring Commerce Gin, Dolin Dry Vermouth, Campari, Gifford Pamplemousse, and Regan’s Bitter Orange #6, strained into chilled coupe.

 

3rd Course: Lamb Raviolis, Dandelion Greens, Smoked Almonds, Shaved Pecorino, Lamb Jus

3rd Cocktail: “Figetaboutit” featuring Copper City Bourbon, Luxardo Ameretto, house-made Fig Jam, Lemon Juice, and Angostura Bitters strained into coupe with a flag of Orange and Amerena Cherries.

 

4th Course: Vanilla Roasted Peach, Shortbread Cookie, Candied Basil, Lime Gelato

4th Cocktail: Watermelon Sling featuring Copper City Moonshine, Aperol, fresh pressed watermelon juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, fresh rosemary, shaken into a Mason Jar and garnished with watermelon slice.
